Location and ambience, staff where friendly
Half of the place was under repair works, which resulted in construction work noise throughout the daytime and also dusty corridors. Towel provided on the first day were looking old and not washed properly. Dinner which costed approx. 1500 rupees each, was spicy and salty the first day. Private pool in our room was not really private, there were just some bush to cover a road outside, where the workers were moving around, also adjusting room guest were peeping in. TV in a premium room had no screen casting or streaming services other than their provided regional news channels.

Building fascade is good. Food was very good. DJ was good.
Calling and asking for direct bank transfer while my card is working good. Wifi connection was like snail movement. Access to the hotel as its away from city. After DJ late night singing by drunken unprofessional not even caring of other people sleeping.
