    The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests.     I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. I had booked an Executive Suite, which turned out to be quite spacious and comfortable. The room itself was quiet, cozy, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated how peaceful the environment was, making it easy to unwind. The location of the hotel is definitely one of its strongest points. It’s conveniently situated, with major attractions like City Palace and Fateh Sagar Lake just a 15-minute drive away. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the popular local market, Hathipole, which made shopping and exploring the local culture very easy. However, there were a few drawbacks. The faucets in the room were not functioning properly, which was inconvenient and needs attention. Another area that could use improvement is the breakfast. The menu felt quite repetitive with limited options, and there was only one choice available for non-vegetarian guests, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and responsive throughout the stay, which did make a difference. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with a great location, but improvements in maintenance and breakfast variety would significantly enhance the experience.

    Because I looked indian, reception staff gave priority to non indian guests at check-in despite us having travelled from Jodhpur with a 2 year old, visibly tired from the whole journey. I asked if they had a scale for weighing luggage and said no but same will be arranged one day prior to departure. When i went to ask for the scale later on, the rude lady on duty there was on no they don't have a scale, we cant provide one, you should read the details on agoda on what is available and what is not available bla bla bla. On the day of the departure, we were checking out at 5am. despite asking for luggage to be brought down, it took them 45 odd minutes to get the luggage down. When we asked, we were told they are bringing it down. I also forgot mention, on the first day of our stay there, we got stuck in the lift on the 7th floor. The room
