The staff were very friendly and the hotel room was clean and spacious.
The pub attached looked tired and not like on the photos. The photos show a car park which they didn’t have, it’s been covered over with patio furniture. Luckily there was a train station nearby 5 for all day parking, however I don’t like using train station car parks as the police say this is where the most vehicle thefts occur and I have had a car stolen previously from a train station. Breakfast wasn’t included which when you’ve paid over £200 for the night it should’ve been, especially as it was only £6 it would have been a nice courtesy to include it. Also breakfast stops at 9.30 which seems early especially as the festival was on the night before so I could’ve done with a lie in 😆

We booked the hotel for lytham festival, it was fantastic location, very secure and easy to find. Room was lovely and exactly what was needed.
Simple easy accommodation with no faf. Bedroom clean and spacious, great location for lytham festival and staff friendly and helpful. Easy parking near by £3 for 24 hours.

Location very good .
No hot water in the bathroom .Reported it to staff. No hot food available for evening meal on arrival as there was a problem with the kitchen.Breakfast was adequate but poor selection of fresh fruit .
