Loved our room, beautiful view right on the beach. There were no surprise costs and the staff were really friendly and accommodating
The games area in the basement needs a little love - the pool table needs to be fixed as when you start a game it doesn't release all the balls to the table and a few of the other games just took coins without starting.

It's my favorite birthday hotel. This is my 4th time coming here for my birthday celebration.
They didn't give me a slice of cake as they promised 😔

My unit wasn’t serviced 2 out of the 3 days.
Fixtures in the bathroom were broken and not fixed.
I see they are renovating in the hotel . so perhaps that might be the reason
The breakfast team were not ready at the restaurant at 7am, no staff was available.
