The guesthouse is located in an idyllic country garden in Salt Rock. The setting is beautiful and unexpected. Communicating with Gillian was easy, she was very responsive. The room was spacious and comfortable. A delicious breakfast was served on an outside deck. Most impressive and can highly recommend.

My bed was super comfortable, the shower had great power and heat, and the room was large. Breakfast was delicious, and very filling. Between the cereals, fresh fruit and breads, and the cooked breakfast (I'm veggie, so scrambled eggs, tomatoes one day, mushrooms the next), I was full up until dinner! The hosts (and their dogs) create a beautiful 'home from home' energy (if my home were this nicely decorated!), and were incredibly welcoming, going out of their way. The view and greenery from the breakfast deck is stunning.
I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty peaceful despite being close to the highway.
