A very nice house with a large garden and a small pool. We were two families (4 adults, 4 children) and we had plenty of room. Four large bedrooms (one without AC), large enough well equipped kitchen and livingroom.
Several sitting areas outdoors, outdoor kitchen and grill. A swimmingpool which was perfect for the kids. A stunning view of the sun setting in the ocean every night.
Alessandro is a great host and I would definitely return to this house!
The only downside I can think of is that you need a car in my opinion. Trappeto is a small town with a few restaurants and a beach, but within 10-30 minutes with car you find better beaches and larger towns for shopping etc.
There’s also a train track running near the house. However this didn’t bother us as the trains doesn’t go that frequently.

Villetta is very beautiful indeed. We enjoyed our stay there! Quite spacious for 8 people, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the facilities outdoors. The tricky thing is the location for those who travel without a car. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes on foot and it’s up and down. The supermarket is about 15 mins from the place. The rest was just excellent. The view from the roof is just amazing!
