Such a wonderful helpful host, even when we came in late. Easy 15 min walk from Kotor, good WiFI, nice private waterfront area and lounge chairs to use, and easy parking. There was strong AC in the kitchen, and fans in the rooms. Nice for a group of friends to have their own room.

Two of us were great with the temperature with the AC situation, but another would have liked stronger AC or AC in the bedrooms, and the cars on the road to Kotor were fast, but it was fine as long as you paid attention.

The location was absolutely stunning. You have access to a private jetty to enjoy the pristine water and views. So beautiful. The host was so helpful and kind.

There were a few flights of stairs but the host had her son help us bring up our suitcases which was so thoughtful. It is a good 25 minute walk to the old town.

The host Ms. Olivera is a very good host.Home is very clean. Location is very good.Private beach has clean towels and sun loungers.

Everything is perfect.

The apartment is situated just 20 m from the sea coast, the living room has a gorgeous sea view! The apt has three separate rooms, two of them with air-conditiouner, which is very helpful in the summer. Everything is so clean and cosy! You can swim in the marvelous sea just in front of the house. Old town with many cafes, bars and restaurants is in 25 minutes walk from the house. The owner is extremely helpful with everything! I would stay here again 👏

there is not a single coffee shop within walking distance where you can have breakfast and drink coffee. There is only one restaurant for the entire area, but this is a general problem of underdeveloped service in this area, and not of specific house.
