Very convenient location to the train station and we were able to walk too many of the attractions. Spacious by European standards.
Rome is a vibrant busy city, sometimes you hear that! Not really a negative, just a reality.

It is in a very good location, the main attractions are easily accessible on foot or by metro. Prosecco and water were waiting for us in the fridge. Kind and helpful host.

Very convenient to the Stazione Termini, also near a park. 20 Minute walk to Colosseum. Room was spacious, well-appointed and quiet. Breakfast is a few blocks away at a local cafe. Immediate neighborhood may appear a little gritty, but posed no real problem,
Had some problems getting access into the building. I couldn't find a button to open the outside door and once I got after someone left the door open, there was no indication which side of the courtyard the BnB was located on. In short, be sure to get exact instructions from the host as to how to get in. Once I did get in, he was very nice and helpful and courteous. Also, book directly with Vanella to avoid booking fees.

Everything was OK and the owner was super nice and location was great, room was safe and clean and very central but the only thing could be better was breakfast. The breakfast was served in a bar close by but you do not have that much option but as I just wrote everything else was fantastic and this is just a small which you could neglect it easily, thank you Ion for this present stay!!
