Good host in a residential area of the city

It was a last minute request for an apartment for a family. This was made possible for late night check in and the host was kind enough to personally help us check in.

Everything was so good , comfortable, beds , clean all spot on ! Good manner from the host ! Will highly recommend it ! Got everything needed! Salt , sugar , coffee , shampoo , body , it had everything !

One night stay

The price is really low and the host was friendly. Plus, the apartment we got was adequate in terms of size.

Even though the apartment does not seem to lack appliances, equipment or toiletries, they are extremely outdated. It could use some serious remodeling, refurnishing and deep cleaning. It's an ok place for the price.

Superb

Big room, very friendly and helpful owner, good equipment, value for money, quiet neighborhood at the edge of the town, parking is possible inside or on street, close to bus station. Center is about 25' with bus. It even has a balcony with flowers.

Nothing major but some parts need renovation to improve the overall image (at least on our apartment), such as the wooden floor, radiators and closet and other minor details like the accessibility of sockets in bedroom.

Director of Appartment is a real traditionally Serbian expected wellcome Man! You might think at the begining it is a standard polite introducing of place and condition you should stay, but by my experience it was over any expectation how He was helpful in any enquiries I need and even much more! The all my feed back is based on what should be followed by your expectations... If you book 5* hotel but get something even lower than 4* that is one situation but if like me discovered on Booking.com Gajic Appartment was corresponding what I need to stated cost - then it was over than expacted level to meet finaly all in whole together and actually for possible future returns same place. Andrey himself and on behalf of my wife booked this appartment on Booking.com
