We loved everything about the location. It was close to the bus lines making it convenient to get around the city. The owner and workers were kind and helpful. The establishment was very clean and cozy. We loved our room and the common areas. We would recommend this place to all visitors to the area. We would stay there again the next time we return to Kyoto.

- Very clean
- I enjoyed the layout, it was the perfect size
- Common areas were also very clean
- within walking distance of major attractions
- A lot of people used the alley under my window as a thruway and it could get loud at night
- not a lot of places to eat nearby, had to walk a little bit

the room was spacious and comfortable.
I didn't like the co-ed bathroom and there was a sewerage issue making the bathroom smell.

Quality stay in the central area and lovely staff.
Very happy with everything and already planning to return
Car parking was a challenge but saved lots on transport around the city.
