    I got my room with perfectly facilities it's like you live in your own apartment with everything you need available (TV, AC, Washing Machine, Microwave, Electrical Stove, Refrigerator and perfect toilet) everything was very complete and cleanliness make me satisfied. The most great thing was the hotel didn't have any standby staff at all, so you have new experiences to self service from check in to check out with Tablet on the welcome desk and then you enter the first door until to your room with door password given to your email. The minus maybe about : 1. I still feel the over price even with all the facilities I must paid around **** yen per day without breakfast services. 2. The available TV doesn't support for SmartTV so I can connect to my Netflix.

    The staff is unhelpful, the room is damp, you get zero amenities after checking in. The only plus is the location. That’s it. This was my worst stay in Japan. By FAR.
