Nice stay close to the Cliffs of Moher

Great place, clean and relatively close to the Cliffs of Moher and Doolin pier. It was great for a one-night stay to rest and continue our road trip.

There weren't much options open for early breakfast or late dinner in the area. Thankfully the owner recommended a couple of options that worked for us.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The host was also lovely and even offered to drop us into town to save us from walking in.

I liked the location and how close to the local pubs it was. The shower was spacious and had good water pressure.

Cahermaclanchy House was a great place to stay in Doolin. We would totally stay again.

We really enjoyed the special touches the room had to offer. The little cookies, coffee and Tea, and our own individual bathroom. It was the perfect size room for the 5 of us and was a great landing spot as we explored around Dublin. While we never actually met our host, communication was clear and quick and we felt welcome.

There wasn't anything. I would stay again.

Great spot by the Cliffs of Moher

This was a beautiful space, perfect for a family. Located within a few minutes of town in Doolin and 15 minutes from the Cliffs of Moher, it is a great location. We really enjoyed it here and highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation with sea views on the edge of a lovely small town

Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable bed, lovely views. A lovely host who gave us privacy but was on hand if we needed anything. Great communication.

Warm, welcoming stay with great views and a thoughtful host!

We rented two bedrooms in the house. Both were spacious, very clean, and offered lovely views. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to reserve us a table at a restaurant he recommended, which was much appreciated. The TV and internet access worked well and added to a comfortable stay.

It wasn’t an issue for us as we had a car, but the house is a bit too far to walk to the pubs if that is what you are hoping to do. During our stay, no other rooms were occupied, which gave us a relaxed, private experience. However, if all the rooms were booked, noise awareness might become more of a concern.

This was not worth the money.

The greeting by our host was unacceptable. He handed us the keys with little explanation and left. Photos on booking.com are deceiving as this is an accommodation only. Our room had very little air circulation as we were upstairs. Travelers should understand that they will not have access to any refrigeration. We stayed in the 2 nights, Deluxe Family Room with Sea View. It was so uncomfortable that we left a night early just to stay somewhere else.

The host was very welcoming and put us at ease from the moment we arrived. He also let us check out a bit later (even though he needed the room). Overall an exceptional host.

Great place to enjoy Doolin

Easy access, very responsive property manager who provided recommendations for the best place to see music, cosy and comfortable. Great showers and hot water, comfy beds. Tea and coffee making facilities appreciated Close to Doolin pubs. Good local info available. Would have been happy to walk if it hadn’t been raining.

A bit of sound creep from the guests upstairs but it didn’t cause any sleep issues.

Beautiful comfortable accommodation

Lovely clean modern room. They had tea and coffee, water etc......The towels were clean and fluffy. Beautiful scenery and good advice about local restaurants and pubs.

Cahermaclanchey House was very comfortable and clean, and close to town! I would stay there again!

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great! Also, the place was very clean and the host was very nice and approachable/ easy to communicate with.

Based on some of the pictures online and the fact that there was a dining space in the house downstairs, I think that a continental breakfast used to be available. I would love to see that offered again or just having a small refrigerator either in a communal space or in the rooms would be really useful.

Awful host, had a major attitude used foul language and insisted on us paying cash as we were two couples and the booking was confusing put us all in one room after my search was 4 adults 2 rooms food is ion website looking great but is bed only. Very rude and disrespectful ripping us off with £175 per couple when it should be no more than £110 per night

Beautiful location on hill above Doolin and water.

Room was clean, comfy and fairly quiet. Great location for visiting Doolin and the beach and pubs.

The host never received my emails nor I his, so our arrival was a bit disjointed as he was attending a funeral. We sorted it out and he was apologetic. Not his fault as I assumed he was receiving my emails.

Owner was very responsive when we had a question. Rooms and bathrooms are new and modern. Good shower, comfortable bed.

Not offering breakfast while we were there. Tiny kettle that had to be unplugged to carry to the sink to fill. Cheap furniture. Very basic room.

Little out of the village centre . Was surprised we did not have access to other parts of the property ,eg sitting room or a kitchen , therefore stayed in our bedroom the time we were there

Super convenient to Doolin, the Irish Capital of Traditional Music.

The breakfast was great and so was the location to Doolin and the surrounding areas. The location itself was very quiet. Got an amazing welcome from Martin. All in all, a great/ quiet place to stay which offered amazing Irish hospitality from the owner. We loved it! 😀🍀
