Could have done with some provisions- eg shower gel in the bathrooms It was hard to find the exact apartment and when we arrived it was very difficult to make contact with the hosts, despite having had a late check in approved I tried phoning booking.com but could only get through to AI and the told it would take me half an hour to get to a real agent When we made contact with the hosts they claimed they did not have our booking and that we had gone to the wrong place Eventually the allowed us to stay in an apartment but the situation was avoidable since I had everything confirmed and was at the correct address booking.com gave me

Absolutely gorgeous views from the balcony. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening was one of our favorite parts. No need to ride the gondola - you'll see it all here! Very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful by phone.

Be ready for 500+ steps to Old Town. There were not sheets for the beds as Americans would expect. Not sure if that's cultural or unique to this apartment. Very slow to reply to messages through Booking.com.

The view was stunning. Close to everything to everything we wanted just so many stairs to walk up which was a mission everyday but we made the trip.
