    Despite not manning the reception physically, the owners Monica and Steve were readily contactable over the phone (including WhatsApp, which I learned later that they were on). They sorted out our parking and were exceptionally accommodating on our last morning. The room was spacious and the kitchenette had everything we needed to cook for our toddler. He enjoyed the comfortable cot too! The housekeeping mid-stay was minimal (change of towels, tidying up of kitchenette) but not an issue. Even though Rialto was on the corner of a very central street, the soundproofing was effective against the Saturday night crowd. Will stay again if we’re in Fremantle!

    We really enjoyed our room, everything was clean, well maintained. Within a walking distance to everything Fremantle has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

    Comfortable room in a well located hotel near to the centre of Fremantle and the station. Very nice staff.

    This was my first time staying in central Fremantle, second time staying in Fremantle at all. It is definitely rustic and cute. I found the suite pretty small and the "garden view" wasn't much if a garden and we could see more of the carpark really. I didn't like that we had to empty our own bins and basically had to do most of the cleaning our self for when we left or we'd have to be charged per hour for cleaning. A few small things is that the lift is quite slow and we heard random noises all throughout the day somewhat like a generator. My boyfriend (who chose the place) said he wouldn't go back and I only would if it was a big discount really. I'd rather try other places. Also $20 a night for their parking is a bit crazy.
