Beautiful outlook and garden. Clean comfortable apartment with beds made every day. Plentiful breakfast. Friendly helpful hosts.
We did not have a car and hadn’t realised how far it was from Menaggio. Although there is a bus service it is not frequent so we sometimes had to wait a long time for a bus back. There are no local shops and as it is a bed and breakfast no cooking facilities so it was tricky managing to pick up food in town for dinner before catching the bus. There only seem to be three or four taxis in Menaggio which you have to book as we never saw one at the taxi rank or roaming the streets.

An excellent stay, excellent services, the owner is a special man, concerned with ensuring all your conditions, fulfilling your request. He helped us by transporting us several times with his car to various locations. The breakfast is very good and varied.
