A wonderful hotel away from the noisy city centre, with excellent service, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a magical view of the lake.
The hotel is located quite far from the city centre, and the road to it is a steep uphill walk. It takes about 20 minutes to walk up, which can be quite challenging, especially with luggage. If you’re not prepared for such a walk, I would recommend taking a taxi.

It was perfect for our family group. The location was ideal for our plans during our stay. Beautiful lake views, lovely pool and the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Comfortable beds too. A very happy stay for all of us.
One little thing… the ladder into the pool could do with an additional rung or two!

the staff was very kind. While the price of the room was expensive, it was still cheaper than other places in Como
The air conditioner stopped working and nobody knew how to fix it. Eventually we fixed it ourselves, but maybe it is unfair to mention this since I believe this is an isolated incident which doesn’t happen often. what might be recurring is that the food was simply no good, or maybe we felt so as we previously had very good food in other places we went. Maybe it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room
