Lower standard accommodation you can accept for budget price.

- communicative owner promptly reacting to any inquiry - 10min walk to the main beach (zelena punta) or other Kukljica beaches - free parking (although not next to property but very much behind the street corner) - working and quiet air conditioning - comfy beds, clean property - not that many mosquitoes

- if you get the 3 bed apartment you literally sleep in a room without windows which is some rebuilt garage on the ground floor of the building. 3 garage windows in the kitchen not really sufficient to get fresh air - WiFi very unstable, archaic router unable to hold 3 devices connection disconnecting every 5 minutes - the house owner (not the apartment owner) starts to move trash bins outdoor somewhere around midnight and making noises while we were sleeping for like 20 minutes - you can hear the moving of chairs upstairs very loudly, we had no luck with the neighbour guests during our stay, noisy long after midnight

Great host and a very cosy place! A terace with superb views of Kukljica and coast.

The floor under the sofa was not cleaned up. A little bit noisy location due to the main street in front of the house and drivers going fast. But overall, it was a great experience that is reflected in our 10-point rating. Thank you!

Very hospitable host, though he does not speak English. Nice beach near Zelena Punta.

The apartment is only for 5 people maximum. As soon as a sofa in the kitchen is for 1 person only. Address of Villa Bosotina in booking.com is set wrong - without name of street. Just Kuklica and 5 - that`s all. Besides there are three villas with the same name "Bosotina". Unfortunately, to find our apartment took us more than 1 hour.

Lovely apartment conveniently located just 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and within walking distance to grocery/convenience stores and anything you might need during your stay. The place is super clean and quiet and feels like home from the moment you walk in. Very nice, friendly, accommodating hosts, respectful of your time and privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

Zdecydowanie nie polecam

Jedyne co było czyste i zasługuje na pochwałę to świeże ręczniki i pościel. W kuchni wyposażenie okay.

Obiekt był tak brudny, że poprosiłam właściciela o odkurzacz następnie umyłam całą łazienkę. Wstydziłabym się wpuścić do takiego obiektu gości. Łóżka nie wygodne i przy każdym przekręceniu na bok wszystko trzeszczy ze starości. Klimatyzacja jest tylko w kuchni w sypialniach nie ma.

Bilo je kratko ali slatko. Uspjeli smo i roštiljati.

Domaćin je bio jako pristojan i susretljiv za sve upite. Sve je bilo prema dogovoru. Nije zaslužio toliko negativnih recenzija.

Jedina zamjerka šta u kuhinji nije bilo šećera, kave i ulja.
