La vicinanza al mare ,i proprietari super ospitali e hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta.
Il parcheggio ,purtroppo pochi parcheggi ma ne danno sempre uno a tutti i condomini ma a noi era capitato uno stretto che x uscire ed entrare era un po un casino o dovevi aspettare che altri spostavano le auto ma dopo abbiamo cambiato parcheggio.
