Our apartment was big enough - 2 rooms apartment with 1 double bed and 2 sofas. Everything is clean. The parking is free, the beach and the sea is nearby - 5 mins walking. The host is friendly. There is a kitchen in the apartment, so you can cook your meals. WiFi connection is stable.

If you’re visiting Sukosan and want to be close to a lovely beach, this is the place.

Friendliest staff. The mother met and greeted us and showed us the apartment. Reminded me of my grandma ❤️ also helped when I was looking for a charger and overall just super friendly!

Bit difficult to find due to roadworks. Communication through messages couldve been better by owner. Also was under impression that we would have the room with sea view. No train smash, just saying.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment — everything was perfect! A special thank you to Milenka for her kindness and flexibility. She kindly allowed us to check in an hour earlier and let us leave our luggage after check-out until it was time to head to the airport. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped for cooking, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — very close to the sea. The air conditioning was also a great plus during the hot days. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant!

The only downside was the number of mosquitoes — there were quite a lot in the evenings. So we recommend bringing mosquito repellent or plug-in mosquito tablets with you. Other than that, everything was great!

Pleasant Stay

Even though location is interior, it is very peaceful. Zadar City centre is around 15 kms. Front balcony and standing balcony in bedroom both have sea view. Sufficent parking available. Recommended for stay.

Does not have elevator for 1st and 2nd floor. Property acceps payment in cash only. But issues are smaller against quality of property.

The location is very close to the sea. There are two beaches to choose from. The hosts are very hospitable and ready to help. It's very nice that they support Ukraine during this difficult time

Right on the beach and fabulous views from our apartment. parking was great. Apartment was clean and modern with 2 hob plates and a microwave. Hostess was fabulous and invited us for homemade wine and hooch. small shops within walking distance and restaurants but restaurants weren’t open when we went so advise a June holiday to everyone. local supermarket Plodine was good and only an 8 minute drive. Restaurants that were open near the harbour were expensive so would recommend driving further away but remember no drinking and driving laws . lots of building going on in the area . Lots of places to visit

we had to buy a toaster as no grill only 2 hot plates and a microwave! we were out of season (May) so nothing was open really 😢 Take bath towels as only hand towels provided plus a dish cloth!

Disappointing stay

Views were nice and the owner was kind

Most of the things are broken or super old and rusty, the electricity outlets were dangerous, there was neither big towel nor toiletteries or a place to put the ones we brought. The pictures don't match the reality. The fridge smelled horribly and most of the kitchen equipment was better to do not use. The shower holder was not holding and the shower door was broken and fell

Beautifully located near beach and owners were friendly. Stunning view from the wide balcony. Rooms were neat and clean. Planning to visit again with bigger group.

We didn't expect that there won't be any shower gel or soaps. Having a diffuser as well keep the bathroom smell good.

The apartment was large with 2 terraces with sea views. Walking distance to beach and to town. A very warm welcome though I speak only English, the host however speaks several languages. Sad it was an overnight stop over. We would happily stay longer

Love the view of room on 3rd floor with big balcony. The owner keep all things tidy and perfect condition. 80 meters away from beach and sea view restaurant. During the night locals were singing till 12:00am, a bit louder but really feel like in the vacation(perfect). Little town travel always surprised us!

Me and my friends went last night to apartments Danijela 1 and we had very good time there. Location is beautiful, house is very big and modern. We came and host was very very nice, kind, friendly and helpful. She welcomed us in apartment like it was our home. Apartment was clean and it had everything we needed (towels,blankets,pillows,TV, air-conditioning...). Our room had two balcons with beautiful view. We highly reccomend this apartments because we're amazed. 👍🏼👍🏼

Camera decisamente ottima,certo fosse stata ad un piano superiore non al piano terra sarebbe sicuramente stata migliore la vista,ma è andata bene comunque… Wi fi non funzionava per un problema tecnico ma idem nessun problema…

A szálláshely nagyon modern, praktikus elrendezésű. Két terasza van az apartmannak, amit kaptunk. Minden működött. A tengerpart tényleg néhány lépés, mi érkezés után azonnal elmentünk úszni.

Хорошее расположение, в двух шагах от пляжа, балкон

Отсутствие сушилки до белья (вместо этого натянутая веревка), очень много комаров, так как сетка от комаров на окнах во многих местах испорчена. Самое неприятное :нас ждал грязный унитаз. Отсутствовали банные полотенца, были только маленькие. Не хватало двух пододеяльников и одного одеяла.
