In generale, la posizione e la terrazza sono un grande valore aggiunto, ma l’alloggio avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura e
L’appartamento ha sicuramente dei punti forti: la terrazza vista mare è splendida e permette di trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax, inoltre la posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal mare.
Ci sono diversi aspetti che hanno reso il soggiorno meno confortevole. Nonostante l’appartamento sembrasse pulito, pensiamo che i materassi fossero infestati da cimici poiché una volta sdraiati, iniziava il prurito, tutte le sere. Inoltre, ci siamo sempre svegliati con ponfi rossi e prurito. Il bagno è molto piccolo, la doccia è stretta e mancano superfici di appoggio, quindi poco pratico soprattutto con bambini piccoli. I muri delle camere presentano numerose macchie. Inoltre, le pareti sono molto sottili: in presenza di vicini poco attenti, si rischia di dormire poco (o niente) la sera e al mattino presto.
