Perfect location between main public beach and more secluded one, in the nearest vicinity of great cafes and other amenities. Nice and clean room with a good kitchen, perfectly working shower, and everything basically as it should be. The front yard with nice tables under the grape and kiwi branches are perfect for family games, tea and fruit. We lived at the ground floor, and our windows were nicely shaded, so we rarely had to use air conditioning despite hot weather. The hosts were super nice and were eager to help in any occasion, which made the stay smooth and pleasant.

It was extremely easy to collect the keys upon arrival. We actually arrived earlier than expected, but after contacting the owner, he was there within a minute to welcome us and hand over the keys. The owner provided all the necessary information about the apartment and local rules in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. We truly appreciated how accommodating, welcoming, and helpful he was throughout our stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well-maintained. Everything, including the bedding, bathrooms, shower, kitchen, and terrace, was spotless and prepared to a very high standard. One of the highlights of our stay was the barbecue area. We asked the owner if we could use it, and he was incredibly kind and enthusiastic. He showed us the barbecue and fireplace area, prepared everything we needed, and made sure we had a perfect setup for the evening. We enjoyed a wonderful barbecue and spent a relaxing and memorable evening outdoors. The location is also excellent — just around 10 minutes from Sutomore Beach, and even closer to another beach. We also discovered the hidden gem “Devechin Beach,” which is accessible through a tunnel and absolutely worth visiting. The apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes evenings especially enjoyable on the terrace or the lower house terrace with friends, without any noise or disturbance. At the same time, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés are only about a 3-minute walk away, which is extremely convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The hospitality was outstanding, the accommodation was immaculate, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect — what more could you wish for from a vacation? We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable place to stay.
