The location was 10/10. The mountain view from the room was fabulous. It is a great value for money. The toilet,bathroom, the bedroom, and bedlinen was clean and fresh. The restaurant served very good lunch and dinner amidst a scenic and fantastic views. Staff were adequate, - they were neither friendly nor unfriendly just neutral. I highly recommend this place for its unique location, views and clean rooms and for a sumptuous lunch and dinner.
There was hardly any room to walk around. There was no bedside cabinet , no cupboard big enough to leave our suitcases in .
The breakfasts were disappointing because it was too basic but that's only because in comparison to the other 2 places in albania where we had stayed there was a lot more variety and plenty fruits and different breakfast drinks that were provided.

We had a truly wonderful experience here. The staff were excellent—friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and simple. The view was phenomenal. We highly recommend it for an authentic Albanian experience.

The staff were very nice
The location was spectacular
Breakfast was nice especially the bread, the jam, the eggs and the cheese
Staff were happy to bring more bread which we needed
The beds were not comfortable- woke up with hip pain.
The evening meal was ok but we had to ask for more potatoes. Appetizers were nice; meat ok but some grilled vegetables would have made it more interesting. Meatballs not great. Wine very good at 25 euros.
Comfortable loungers outside would be fantastic!

The service staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing view over the city.
We were dissappointed in the beds: the blankets were too thin, the frames made a lot of noise. The bathroom door didn't close properly. The internet didn't work in the morning.
