Great location as I was taking part in an orienteering event nearby.
The shower was not very powerful although i discovered that when I lowered it the water pressure improved.

The cottage was pretty clean and there was plenty of space! It’s also in a beautiful and peaceful location in west cork, only down the road from bantry.
When we did use the heat, the house was lively and warm and kept the heat in quite well.
The hidden fees, although they weren’t much, weren’t outlined in the booking details. The booking said there was a deposit fee but did not mention a fee for electricity and gas until arrival, which is checked before and after you leave. As mentioned in a previous review, would be nice to know so you’re not surprised when you check in.
Also have to pay for trash removal- €6 per bag
I don’t know if it is because of the area, but having WiFi in the house would’ve been nice.
The beds could’ve been more comfortable.
