"It was a walking distance to all nearby places. The beach was close. Place is comfy and has a parking space right in front of it, so there was no wasting time with driving around and finding one."

Location is good, near to the beach and old town.
The room is modified by garage, it is faced to the street dirctly and no windows in the room. You can hear the noise from street clear and loud which is very disturbing during night.
