Welcoming & very helpful hosts. Detailed information before and during our stay. A detailed folder in our room, with a history of our hosts, the building, conversion, the area. A very helpful guide of restaurants given. Wonderful harbour front location. Minutes away from the Old Town. Our part was not as crowded nor noisy. Highly recommend City Rooms.
The ground floor room, although very convenient in respect of our luggage, was very small.

The building and patio were pretty and the interior was decorated well
There was extremely intense smell of some house perfume trying to mask old mould walls smell (worth noting if you’re sensitive to smells). Soundproofing is almost nonexistent - I could hear everything from the room above. The description is a bit misleading - there’s no breakfast at the property but 10 mins walk down the promenade for extra €12.
