perfectly located, modern apartment with a lovely host lady

perfectly located, beaches couple hundres metres away, great restaurants nearby, clean, modern, lovely host lady, who speaks English. pool was clean and great place to hang out. teracce was big and really nice. air condition was great.

kitchen is not really suitable for cooking (no dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, small hot plate)

Central luxury apartment close to the sand beach

The apartment is spacious with a huge balcony, large bathroom and a very handy mini kitchenette fully equipped. Parking is in the courtyard with automated gates and one feels safe and comfortable. The host was most helpful and accommodated all our requests. The apartment is in walking distance from the sand beach and right by Salt & Pepper which is a great restaurant.

The mattress is ok, but could have been a little better.

The apartment is really great with a spacious terrace, AC and a gorgeous swimming pool. The location is amazing, just in front of the port, with restaurants and shops nearby. I would like to thank the owner, she was always very attentive to everything we needed.

Two days stay was eneough for us, we saw nice places - different par of Croatia (not only beaches).

The accommodation was authentic and pleasant. Navigation brought us to the apartment, after the anticipated arrival, we were expecting by housewife. The accommodation was really clean and the housewife very kind and willing. We had no problem. Livade is really a small village, but it is surrounded by ancient small villages which are beautiful .The only downside for me was too soft a mattress. I especially recommend those who do not like to go out on the beach.

Wieder ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und Nada ist einfach eine so herzliche Gastgeberin, allein wegen ihr war es schon ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Appartement war auch super, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht und zentral gelegen, eingezäunter Parkplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe (Bäcker, Konsum) und das Highlight ist für unsere Tochter immer der Pool. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Haben uns einfach sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grundausstattung im Appartement mit 1 (!) Weinglas; Kein Handtuchwechsel bei 4 Übernachtungen VOR der Buchung sollte man vielleicht wissen in welchem Stock sich das Appartement/Studio befindet und ob es süd- oder nordseitig ausgerichtet ist
