It is close to the beach and to the center.
How to say. Owner should more control agency about cleaning. For first look good, but after that....Everywhere was old dust, very dirty and stinky sofas (this is absolutely no good for sleeping), blocked and dirty drain in the shower. Freezer with big icing. Dirty walls from killed mosquitos. For opening main gate for parking is damage paiger. You should be Macgayver to open it with connect circuit inside paiger (just use something metal)....and so on.
