Kérdés nélkül ajánlom. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy a jövőben is igénybe fogom venni.

Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, strand kb 100m. Minden helyiség klimatizált. A konyha jól felszerelt, egy könnyű vacsora készítése sem okoz gondot. A wi-fi kimagaslóan gyors. Szép, rendezett bútorok. A parkoló a bejárat előtt van. A sétálóutca, ami tele van bárokkal, éttermekkel, boltokkal is 1 perc alatt elérhető.

A fürdőszoba nyílván lehetne nagyobb, de amúgy teljesen megfelelt. Sajnos csak egy parkoló tartozik a lakáshoz, a további parkolók pedig elég drágák.

Wunderschönes Apartment

Das Apartment war wirklich wunderschön. Es war ansprechend und gemütlich gestaltet und war wirklich mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. Es hat zwei Terrassen. Auf der überdachten Terrasse ist eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe. Die Dusche ist wirklich großzügig.

Negativ aufgefallen ist lediglich die Nähe zur einer Partylocation von der des öfteren wirklich ziehmlich laute Musik zu hören war.

Tolles Apartement

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt zwischen Strand und Hafen. Die Partymeile ist um die Ecke, wer es beim Schlafen sehr leise braucht, sollte sich was anderes suchen oder mitfeiern. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Einziges Manko am Schlafzimmer hängt außen die Klima und die brummt sehr laut und Rhytmisch, da brauchten wir 2 Tage, um uns an das Geräusch zu gewöhnen. Aber dann war es ok.

Szuper elhelyezkedés és felszereltség

Jól felszerelt (különböző poharak, bögrék, tányérok, tisztítószerek stb). Tisztítószerek is voltak. Teljesen gépesített (mikró, mosógép, mosogatógép, hűtő és fagyasztó, mini sütő, vízforraló, teafőző, pirító). 3 klíma (1-1 a szobában és egy a közös térben). Mindenhol redőny. Két terasz szuper elhelyezkedéssel - egyik reggel, másik délután árnyékos. Tisztaság volt mindenhol, szobákba bekészített illatos törölközők is voltak. 4 felnőtt+1/2 gyerek számára igazán kényelmes, tágas. A parttól 2-3 perc sétára. Étterem, bolt szintén közelben. Játszótér és kisvonat is az utcában. A szállásadó hölgy készségesen, azonnal elérhető telefonon. Kedves, érdeklődő volt végig. Minden zökkenőmentesen ment, minden igényt kielégített a szálláshely.

egy erősebb kávé főzésére alkalmas gép/moka express az szuper lett volna azoknak, akik a presszó kávét szeretik. de ez már tényleg egyéni preferencia kérdése.

Super Lage. Man erreicht sowohl Strand als auch Lokale, Promenade und Hafen innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung (Vor allem in der Küche!) ist überdurchschnittlich gut! Super nette Vermieterin! Sehr gute Klimaanlage Eigener Parkplatz

We were there during the low season. During the hot season I think the property is located near the party zone.

Very nice owner, very well equiped;vacum cleaner, washing machine, owen.... The apartment is very big and confortable. The apartment has a private parking.

No TV channels only a few german satelite channels... I recomend getting a SMART TV instead so you can watch Netflix, youtube etc...

Exceptional

Absolutly amazing locality. It is about 100 m to the beach, about 50 m to the main promenade of Medulin. It has reserved parking space, so noone, except you, can use it. We apprechiated a washingmashine, a dishwasher and even an electric grill on the balcony. Jelena is really helpful and communicates 24/7. We can only recommend the place, including the equipment, cleaning, locality etc.
