Apartamentos Pescadores

This apartment was lovely and clean, extremely spacious with all the facilities you need. The location is perfect, you are in the old town. The views of the sea and the town are amazing, the balcony is great for people watching. When the balcony doors are shut you can barely hear the noise outside.

Honestly couldn't think of anything negative to say

Host met at property and showed me to the apartment.

It was a little noisy at night being next to escalator but the roller shutters helped. Having said that, views were spectacular.

I liked the location, the sea view and the room was very clean.

I didn't like that there was no water in the fridge. All my other accomodations in different locations were offering water as a nice gesture :). Also, there were no toiletries in the bathroom except soap. No bin in the room. Not trying to exceed expectations in any way.

Well appointed studio apartment.

My wife and I like to sit on our balcony and read while we are away. This is what we enjoy most. There are 6 apartments in this block. We were given one of the two ground floor apartments. No balcony. We couldn't even open the electric shutter properly as it left us open to the heavy public footfall. The cleaners came as-and-when... There appeared to be no fixed time scale for their visits. As we had no balcony we were unable to dry our towels outside This led to us having to use wet towels on more than one occasion . The property is also on one of the main thoroughfares to the old town, so, as you can imagine, the traffic is fairly heavy throughout the day and night. I would use the place again but only if I was guaranteed an upper floor apartment. The sea view would be amazing. Sadly the lack of balcony spoilt our enjoyment.
