Two families for long weekend

Location and views were great. Apartment was big enough for group of eight people.

Apartment would need some tlc to be great. Were missing some towels and bed linen but those were delivered at request.

Excellent, memorable.

First of all I want to respond about the keys and picking up. I only gave it a good because we had no car and had to hire a taxi from the ferry boat to collect the keys. The setting was incredible and the view amazing. It was so tranquil. We enjoyed having our coffee watching the sun rise above the mountains and shine on the waters of the lake. Equally as amazing was watching the sun go down and the lights appearing all over the edges of the lake. I literally only had to raise my head above the pillow and I could see the beautiful site. The townhouse is spacious and very comfortable. The location worked out very well for us. I hope to return again! Thank you Samuel!

Better directions on finding the villa. We did not understand the numbering system on via Regina and neither did our cab driver. The Villa is not directly on via Regina. You need to turn off and go up a winding road to the Villa.

Superb

Amazing quite place with an amazing views (lake and mountains), you can reach almost everything from there without a car (Menaggio, Belaggio, Varenna). Fairy stations is a few minutes away from the apartment, you have little shops and food markets, restaurants. Also Como city is about 40 km away, you can reach him with car or with a fairy. Milan is about 75 km away. Staff and the owner was very helpful all the time.

Agréable, malgrè le problème de salle de bain qui nous a fortement pertubé.

La situation et la vue côté lac et côté montagne. Le quartier est calme. Il y a un quai bâteau proche Il y avait un emplacement pour la voiture.

La propreté des divans, des matelas de la tête de lit Problème d'eau dans une des salle de bain: plus d'eau froide (l'agence a envoyé un technicien qui n'a pas trouvé de solution!!! Je vais demander une compensation pour se dernier point: remboursement d'une partie de la location. Il n'y a pas de contrôle de la propreté? chaise et luminaire cassés c'est inacceptable. Je n'est jamais eu de telles choses dans d'autres locations

Atrakcje poza domem zniwelowały (jednak nie do końca) jego niedogodności.

Jak dla mnie bardzo dobra lokalizacja, choć podejście i zejście dosyć strome. Super widok na jezioro, na Bellagio, a nawet Varennę (widać willę Monastero). Apartament duży, balkon, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, miejsce parkingowe. Blisko do willi Charlotta, do przystani promowej, do jeziora. Niedaleko są małe plaże, gdzie można się schłodzić. Do takiei zorganizowanej z leżakami i barem jest z 10 minut spacerkiem

Według opisu apartament jest klimatyzowany. A w rzeczywistości klimatyzacja jest tylko w jednej sypialni, na dodatek ciekła. Nie ma szans, by ona schłodziła całe mieszkanie. Byliśmy w sierpniu, więc było okropnie gorąco. Znajomi mieli spać na antresoli, gdzie jest duża sypialnia, ale stwierdzili, że się nie da, więc spali w salonie. W salonie i drugiej sypialni przez cały czas chodziły wentylatory, ale powodują one tylko podmuch, a temperatury nie zmienią. Na antresoli jest okno dachowe. Po przeczytaniu którejś z opinii wysłałem zapytanie, czy się otwiera. Dostałem potwierdzenie. Na miejscu okazało się, że jednak się nie otwiera. Zadzwoniłem do biura i zgłosiłem problem. Jeszcze tego samego dnia lub następnego poranka miał ktoś przyjechać i załatwić sprawę. Niestety nikt nie przyjechał, a że znajomi zeszli na dół, to zostawiliśmy temat. Góra służyła za garderobę. W sierpniu polecam poszukać klimatyzowanego obiektu.
