Der Pool und das wir alle Platz hatten.

Einige Kleinigkeiten die man mit ein bisschen Arbeit hätte in Ordnung bringen können aber ich war nicht dort um im Apartment zu sitzen und mir das Inventar anzuschauen. Ich wollte Urlaub mit meiner Familie und Freunden verbringen, genießen und das haben wir auch.

The place was in a good location (once you found it, DO NOT USE THE ADDRESS UNDER THE BOOKING IN GOOGLE MAPS), the owner was approachable, there were two pools, the Aircon was working well (although it did give out some strange noises), parking was right outside the apartment, grounds were well kept, the apartment was clean, even towels and coffee were provided. Close to Palic lake, Subotica and multiple borders.

Well, unfortunately there were a lot of issues. We decided to stay despite the troubles but thought it was too good to be true for the price. We weren't given instructions for sat nav, even though the owners knew the address will take us off road, so finding the place was difficult even though it is nicely located. There was no hot water although it was fixed within a day and the owner provided alternative facilities for the meantime. The kitchen sink wasn't plumbed properly, so every time I was doing the washing up, the kitchen flooded. The electric hob needed some getting used to (the knobs were not where they should have been so you never knew when is it on high or low and had to learn that turning it off was a 3,5 not 0). We didn't have enough cutlery, glasses and plates for our family of 6 when we arrived but the landlady helped with that upon asking. Fridge was very on and off (sometimes too hot, sometimes it froze the vegetables). Toilet is not bolted properly, so it was wobbly under an adult and the toilet seat only stayed up if you held it. The TV didn't work and the internet connection was weak, it didn't work from the garden area at all. There was a BBQ facility which was great but the outside lights didn't work well, so needed to use our phones to make light. The toys at the playground area were often damaged or broken. The beds were really comfortable and big but the left hand side bed made loud noises from the slightest moves, even with just a baby and an adult in it. The sofa was not a sofa bed so really we had space for only 5 people in the apartment not 6. It was a bit tight. The wardrobe was full with extra bedding which is great but had no space for clothes. The pools were not covered for the night so they were quite cold for kids. The washing machine which was still in the pictures when we booked (I can't see it now) is inside the apartment but not plumbed in and it is very dirty.
