We got a confirmation that our bookong is confirmed and came during check-in hours, but we were told that they are sold out. The host told us that she found us another accomodation that costs the same money as the room that we booked, but when we came to this another place it turned out it is twice more expensive. So we had to travel to another town to find place to stay for a night with 4 kids on us.!!! Unreliable host

Disappointed
We stayed at Casa Nova. The apartment was full of spiders. There was a place with pieces of a broken bottle. (Picture with little green things). It was not very clean. The pool was also very dirty. There was no toilet paper. Not as expected and of course not as described.

The pool was good and location
The Photos on Booking.com doesn’t live up to reality. They make fake photos with new sunbeds and after these photos are taken these sunbeds are taken away. Also interior are very worn out and should go through a serious facelift. Bed covers was Warm blankets, not any Down Comforters. When we arrived floors was dirty so we had to ask for extra cleaning.

the location is nice
The room is not like the pictures, our house didn’t have a real pool, but the children version and the water in it was very green. They called us to pay in advance even though that isn’t said when you first book it here. The woman at the reception is incredibly rude.

it was our biggest disappointment in the trip
we lived in Casa Nova. first of all to receive keys you have to go to reception in other place(I recommend to put this info with text on second photo). on photos two villas looks together with garden and pool, but in reality Casa Bella has pool and children house, but it is separated from Casa Nova, you should create another page for each house. WiFi didn’t work. The garden table and chairs were old, they needs repair or replacement

Schöner Urlaub für die, die nicht an allem mäckern wollen
Der Pool und das wir alle Platz hatten.
Einige Kleinigkeiten die man mit ein bisschen Arbeit hätte in Ordnung bringen können aber ich war nicht dort um im Apartment zu sitzen und mir das Inventar anzuschauen. Ich wollte Urlaub mit meiner Familie und Freunden verbringen, genießen und das haben wir auch.
