The home is located close to Downtown Duluth and only 3 blocks from Duluth's Lakewalk and 1.7 miles from Canal Park. The second floor hosts 5 bedrooms, each with its own bath. The only real surprise was the "entire house" turned out to just be the "first and second floor". The third floor is occupied by a tenant. This turned out to be no big deal. The only way you knew the tenant was even around was their vehicle was parked in the tenant parking spot on the driveway. The house was very clean. Most of the beds are quite soft. A couple of the bathrooms have been updated otherwise expect a quirky turn of the century Victorian home. We enjoyed our stay.
