Microwave, Dishwasher, cabinets, and just updated Bathroom!! an NEW LVT flooring, furniture, Drapiers lighting and repainted!!The best view of the ocean, sunsets, Pools, and the famous Ocean Annies!! When you book with me this is the room and views you get,I took the photos from your condo, if you book thru SOC your are assigned a room when you check in!! of what is available! After your travel here you don't want to be looking at another condo or have to look around the corner to see the ocean!! You could be in what we call the horseshoe again looking at your neighbor!!!! MY condo is a one bedroom efficiency with two Queen beds, sleeps four ADULTS! You are in what we call restaurant row! Literally 100's of places to eat! SHOP! EXPLORE THE MANY SITES AND ATTRACTIONS! But if want to enjoy the views and eat on your balcony we have a new flat glass cooktop! Cook and enjoy dinner on your balcony listening to the band at Ocean Annie's!
Save money eat in, full bath with private vanity! Indoor and outdoor Pool and lazy river! Also indoor hot tub!! Suntan at the beach or by the pool!! We had an awesome time at the condo. We were just there for a weekend but didn’t have to leave the resort for anything. The little shops had a couple of things that we forgot to bring and the restaurant was the bomb!! The building we were in seemed older and could use some updating but was fine for us. The room smelled a little musty but we weren’t in there much. Check in was easy and communication was excellent with Bill.

I have been renting from Bill for a decade. Ocean Sands is the MOST fun you'll ever have IF you love listening to live music and watching people dance and have a great time. Bill's place is NOT the Hilton, but you know that going into it. The Hilton is going to have a more "up to date" room, but will never be as much fun. Bill personally met us to give us our room key and made sure we were happy with the cleanliness of the room (and we were). It's an older room, so yeah, there are little things but those weren't deal breakers for us. He has updated the place and those updates were much appreciated (granite countertops, kitchen area and a full fridge). He also offered us an early check in and an extra day's stay (which we couldn't take advantage of this time). I will definitely book with him again.

The owner was great. Allowed us to check in a tad early which we certainly appreciated! The owner showed us a few pending maintenance items. We did note several other maintenance issues while we were there and communicated this to the owner as we left. This truly is one room with a bathroom and kitchenette, it was just 2 adults so plenty of space but I personally would not stay there with more than 2 adults.. The room was a bit damp (very high humidity the week we were there) even with the AC running. This is a great location and within walking distance of several bars/restaurants. The grocery store is about a mile away, there was a convenience store on property and another one within walking distance. Also, a great location for fireworks as we were there 4th of July. Balcony is great to listen to the bands at Ocean Annie's Bar and/or to watch the beach/ocean. Please note you will only get one room key so you need to be strategic as you come in go if not with others in your party. Free parking is included which is a plus for us. There was plenty of parking even on the busy 4th of July holiday weekend.
