Overall, we had a lovely and comfortable evening with a nice view.

It is very close to a beach (only about 5 minute walk downhill, but 10 uphill). The view is beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable. The apartment is about 15 minutes outside of Split, which makes it accessible but less crowded. A great place for families.

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and there was a door to a room (that was not part of my apartment) that wasn't locked. When we tried to open that door, we could see that the door was blocked by something, but that there was funiture and being used by someone. We could not access this room, but someone on the other side could enter into our room. Perhaps it was not connected to the other side of the house (we could not see) but it made us a bit uneasy. It was required to pay in cash and the owner did not have change. Therefore I ended up paying 5 euros more than the scheduled price. Should be clarified that exact amount is needed for payment.

The apartment had a broken toilet, a leaking fridge, a broken window, and the air conditioner barely worked.

Nice view from the balcony. But we had expect more comfort because we rented a deluxe apartment.

Fantastic view from the balcony and the beds were fine.

First of all we never met the host . We got the key from a child. Very nice kid but it doesn´t get a serious first impression. The apartment was not properly cleaned. The first shower we took the shower drained got blocked and we had a small flood all over the floor. The positive thing was that we got some help with that but it got blocked again one day later. The kitchenette was not complete . We had for example only 3 spoons ( we were 4 people ). On our confirmation of the apartment you could see a coffee maker in the pictures but you have to ask for it and we still didn´t get any. In our apartment we had only one mirror ( in the bathroom ) and if you are a family of four with two older kids you need more mirrors maybe in the hall or in the bedroom .

If you have a problem with getting up and down a very large hill for injuries etc, this place may be inconvenient due to its position on top of a hill, nonetheless this isn’t a bad thing about the property as it provides an epic view.

Already planning our next visit!

Stunning location, a fair way out from central Split but the public transport links were excellent with a bus stop into town right at the bottom of the road. Peaceful and only a stones throw from a beautiful beach and several bars & restaurants. Comfy bed, clean rooms and a good shower. Kitchen well equipped to deal with our meals which we ate out on the balcony watching the sun set.

Excellent appartment wiht a beautiful view on the beach

Everything is perfect for this apartment which goes to all amenities present in the flat, including the beautiful view of the beach straight out of the balcony. I recommend it for anyone willing to have a rest from Split.

The house is situated on the top of a hill, so quite challenging to drive to it. It is an extremely challenging hill. I have a normal estate car and I felt like I would break my clutch whenever I was driving through this house road. If I would have known such information, I truly believe I would have skipped this booking. But this is nothing that the owner can do, this is simply the nature :)

Exceptional

The hosts are very welcoming and the property is very near to the beach just 200 mtr. The bus station is nearby and the supermarket is 400 meters away. We liked our stay here and thanks Cristina for helping us to make it more memorable.its little on hill so caution is to take care while driving or walking on a steep path.

The view from the apartment was incredible and the host was nice and polite. The area around the house is very green and we had shared terrace + private parking space. There is also a shared barbecue.

Amazing views, well equipped unit, friendly owner

The location is amazingly central, assuming you have a car that is, and the views are stunning. The unit has all the facilities a traveller could want, and the onsite owner was super attentive and friendly.

Nothing, I plan to return here next year.

What we liked most was the view from the apartment and the location. Also private parking.

Because it is like a mini-hotel, it has many rooms and people. The rooms are soundproof and there are very loud background noises, which is very disturbing especially when families with children are staying nearby. However, for a short stay it is definitely not a bad place.

Un séjour de rêve au pied de la mer et des vues spendides, waouh, waouh

Vous ouvrez la porte et WAOUH une vue superbe sur la mer. L'appartement est très bien équipée, et avec des belles pièces. Un balcon avec vue sur la mer, pour contempler les superbes couchés de soleil. Nous pouvions facilement nous faire à manger, tout est disponible pour cuisiner sans problème. Appartement très propre et agencé avec beaucoup de goût. Grand parking. Plages à proximité L'hôte nous a même fait un gateau croate qui était délicieux. Tout était parfait

Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe,blisko Split, Trogir,Omiš.Cicha okolica. Klimatyzacja, naczynia kuchenne dostępne, można przygotować posiłki. Cudowny widok z balkonu na Morze Adriatyckie ,Split .

Jedno łóżko dość niewygodne, ale codzienne widoki naprawdę rekompensują wszystko. Bardzo stromy podjazd do apartamentu ,co jest naturalne dla terenów Chorwacji.

Трошки незручні деталі (розташування шафи за дверима, наприклад), але такого мало. Надто привітні коти)))

Flott beliggenhet med en fantastisk utsikt. Kort gangavstand til stranden og serveringssteder. Butikker ligger 10-15 minutters gange fra leiligheten.

Det hadde vært fint med en egen AC-enhet på soverommet.

Widok super. Lokalizacja dobra, wszystko co potrzeba w bliskich odległościach ( mały sklepik coś typu Żabka, market 15 min spacerem, przy plaży promenada na długie spacery i restauracje). Warunki pobytu dla rodziny 2+2 ( 8 i 15 lat ) bardzo dobre i niczego nam nie brakowało. Gospodarze na miejscu i bardzo mili.

Dla nas nie było żadnych szczególnych negatywów które by nam w jakiś sposób przeszkadzały.

Dobre usytuowane miejsce na wypady po okolicy, bez luksów.

Apartament przeciętnej jakości. Ma na pewno świetne położenie, blisko plaży. Genialny widok z balkonu. Duży parking, mili gospodarze to atuty. Fajne miejsce na wypady np. do miejscowości Omis, lub na plażę Lokva Rogoznica. Bardzo blisko Splitu, ale trzeba uważać w jakich godzinach się tam jedzie, ze względu na duże korki na dojeździe do miejscowości Podstrana na wlocie do Splitu. W pobliżu kilka sklepów, w tym sklep sieci Tommy, z fajną piekarnią. Grill i miejsce do wieczornych spotkań w ogrodzie też na plus.

Apartament nr 4 ma połączenie z pokojem, z którego korzystają właściciele i nie jest on w żaden sposób zamykany. czyli pod nieobecność wynajmującego w każdej chwili może ktoś wejść. Sytuacja nie spotykana nigdy w żadnym inny miejscu. Zero bezpieczeństwa i poczucia prywatności. Apartament swoje chwile świetności ma już za sobą. Widać, że ten apartament jest już użytkowany intensywnie od wielu lat, bez większych inwestycji.

Le falta mantenimiento en general,, en la entrada a la casa desde el portal parece un trastero lleno de trastos y falta mantenimiento también en la zona del jardín.

Czystość

Piękny widok z balkonu.

Lokum nie było dostatecznie wysprzątane, kurz pod łóżkiem który od dawna był nie sprzątany, łazienka też nie grzeszyła czystością. Nie podobało mi się również to że w lokum są drzwi przechodnie do mieszkania obok( nie zamknięte). Nad tymi bolączkami trzeba popracować.
