Apartment for a good price close to the beach

Apartment was really nice and clean. Everything you need was in the room. Apartment is about 10min of walking to the beach. The host was absolutely welcoming, for lady Kristina 10 of 10. Beach is almost empty, perfect for a family.

The road is a little bit narrow if you are going with a van or suv

Good

The room was nice, with a small but enjoyable balcony where you could eat outside. Nice and clean bathroom and a small kitchen with pretty much everything you need to cook something.

The place is located pretty high on the street so it requires a confident driver to reach. You can easily reach the beach by foot if you don’t mind walking quite steep, maybe I wouldn’t advise to someone with walking disabilities or wheelchair. The bed is comfortable but doesn’t have a night table on both sides and the mattress is split in two so it may sometimes be annoying. The kitchen lacks a place for letting the dishes dry and the electrical heaters don’t have an indication for knowing which one you are turning on.

I liked everything about it. Only thing was for me sleeping in heat on a bed away from home as i am irish i am not used to the heat. It was hard but air conditioning and room couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend. Beautiful area.

Perfect!

The apartment was big enough for a couple, it's bigger in real than in photos! We had everything we needed for our vacation. Maria, the host, was very kind and available. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable. The beach is 2 minutes away. The road was a bit steep but for a young couple is not a problem. We had a fantastic vacation in croatia and we recommend Apartments San Monte.

Superb

Good conditions for living, the room is cosy and clear. The apartament has big balcony with beautiful view and convenient furniture. Kristina and her husband Darko are very hospitable.

Nice apartment near the sea

Clean apartment with everything you need for a weeks vacation. Apartment is located on a steep hill near the sea where there is peace and quite. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful!

The apartment is not located in Podstrana center so there is no restaurants near the apartment and you have to walk aprox. 2km for the nearest restaurant. However the bus station is near and the buses leave every 20-30min.

To były wspaniałe choć krótkie wakacje w pięknym miejscu,polecam wszystkim.

Duża przestrzeń apartamentu, świetny rozkład pomieszczeń ( dwie sypialnie , mały salon z kanapą i stołem, łazienka i aneks kuchenny), piękny taras z widokiem na morze ( widok wieczorem i nocą był niesamowity), bliskość plaży, wyposażenie apartamentu - wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było na miejscu. Właściciele bardzo mili, otwarci i chętni do pomocy. Polecam !
