Give Kalemionas apartments a try.

In a good location for tavernas, the bakery and the bus stop. Some lovely walks nearby and all around Kassiopi. There is a beach behind the apartments .

No reception, but it was OK as I had Internet. Those without it might have found it hard to register. The bathroom could do with being updated.

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Kalamionas Apartments in Kassiopi. The apartment was outdated, mouldy, and

The view and location was good but that’s it. Many safety issues

No welcome — key just left in the door • Very old and basic — no TV, old kitchen • Bathroom full of mould, no window or fan • Drain cover was broken — cut my friend’s foot • Shower too small and dirty — we used another apartment’s shower • WiFi barely worked • Signs everywhere warning about extra charges

Corfu is a Paradise!

This apartment is in a beautiful strategic position in Corfu, on foot you can reach all the most beautiful beaches and cliffs of Kassiopi and in the evening the city center, small and quiet, but with lots of restaurants and pubs at your disposal. I will be back!

I'm not a critical person, I adapt to everything, but a studio apartment with bedroom and kitchen together, the refrigerator must be quieter, when I'm on vacation I want to rest well. Low cost, maximum yield for the next customers.

Beach 10-20 meter from the door, apartment was great!

AMAZING!! Our apartment was perfect. The room had a sea view and it had all the facilities. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a perfect stay here. The house is located in the center of Kassiopi and the sea and the beach are just 10-20 meters from the door. It felt as if we had our personal sea! The location is very safe, it is calm, but very close to everything: bus stop is within 1 minute walk, shops are within 1 minute walk from it. The apartment was very nice and cosy, the kitchen is just the right size with everything you might need. The room was cleaned every 2 days, Konstantina was very helpful with all questions we had. The city of Kassiopi is just charming, I would totally recommend coming here and staying in the Kalamionas apartments

Perfect location

Perfect location: a beach is just outside of the accommodation; the beach was nice and not super full with people. The apartment was good as well - spacious, the kitchen had everything that was needed, it was clean, etc.

Kalamionas is very special

If I could give Kaliomanas a higher score I would! I absolutely loved it, so much I managed to get 2 more days in this idyllic place!! Konstantina and all the staff, from cleaning to office, were fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. The location is probably what stole my heart, and the easiness of everything, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I rented a moped from Cassius in the village, if you want to really explore and enjoy all this beautiful and special place and area of Corfu has to offer, it's a must!! I didn't want to leave, and already talked with Konstantina about coming back next year! So for now efcharisto Konstantina and hope to see you next year! Have a great rest of season! Enjoy your rest in the winter!!🇬🇷💛💙😘

Perfect location 🏖 July 2022

The location is perfect, just on the beach with a close proximity to a supermarket, restaurants and Kassiopi centre. Our apartment was well equipped and cleaned twice during our 7 day stay; towels and bed linens were changed once. The rooms are equipped in air-conditioning - free of charge ;)

It would be very useful if the apartments were providing small deckchairs or foldable chairs for the beach - renting a set of two deckchairs, umbrella and a small table on the beach costs €9 per day.

excellent location next to the beach and in the village, however it is in a very quiet area. I would repeat for sure. i could bring my morning cup of coffee to the beach before anyone else was there.

Apartments are clean, well maintained and with free WiFi and Air con Great location as well , just a short walk to the beach.

Paid extra for an upgraded sea view but the apartment we had faced the road , not the sea. As this was on the ground floor , there is a privacy issue , you can see right into the apartment from the road.

Loved our stay, would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The apartment was on the ground floor with an amazing view and the shared garden, our little patio had shade and it was very relaxing. The location is great, so close to the little beach in front of it and just 10 minutes walk away from more beaches; it was also 10 minutes walking from the main street where restaurants and shops were. We were able to leave our bags in the office after check out and Konstantina was super accommodating and helpful!

Everything was great! The only thing that wasn't 100% was the wifi as I chose to work remotely for a couple of days and it was dropping out which didn't make it super easy to work, but if you're not working and you're just using it for regular internet browsing and social media then you would be absolutely fine :)

Konstantina is a great host and her apartments are spotless!

Everything, especially Konstantina, the owner. She is a lovely and kind person, always helpful and she replied very fast when I had any question. The room was spotless and had everything you might need for a short stay. Given my previous experiences on islands, constant running hot water for the shower is a big plus. As for the location, it has a beachfront, so, it doesn't get much better than that. It is also at a 5 minutes walk from the town center, which was perfect because we were far enough not to be bothered at night by noise or traffic, but close enough to get there fast. Unrelated to the propriety, Kassiopi is a great place to chill and have a quiet time. It was not very crowded and we had a lot of space at the beach, bar, and everywhere else. It is the place to go if you need to recharge your batteries. If you want all-day-all-night partying, no, find someplace else because you'll get bored there! Kavos or Corfu Town are better suited for nightlife. All in all, a great experience and a very big recommendation for others.

Beautiful experience

I really liked how the air conditioner was working. It was working quickly enough so after a day on a beach you could cool down in your room and relax. The location was superb. 5 mins from the apartment, there was a travel agency COSMIC providing trips to all the main attractions on Corfu. The beach was 3 mins away. Bataria Beach maybe 10 mins away. Plenty of restaurant around and a few supermarkets as well. I would highly recommend the place. I'm seriously considering going back next year ;)

Very clean , well equipped with a good kettle , a bottle of water already in fridge and some coffee , milk and sugar. Good location with easy access to beach and town roads. Very quiet at night. Has air con and decent WiFi for free as well.

There is not much privacy in the first floor rooms to the road front. The bed is very close to the balcony doors and the private balconies of the houses across the road can see right inside. Need to shut curtains if you are going to change clothes or get romantic

Room with a fantastic view!

Lovely views over the bay, waking up to that view was the highlight of our stay. Fantastic location right in the centre of Kassiopi, couple mins walk to restaurants and shops. Property arranged the taxis for us to and from the airport and they arrived promptly as promised. Apartment included dishes, cutlery, towels, electric hob, shower, furnished patio, drying racks etc

The shower curtain was a bit tricky to keep dry so the bathroom kept flooding a bit. Maybe needs a bit of renovation in places, apartment a bit aged but did not hinder our stay

It’s a basic accommodation but has everything you need. It’s spotless and in a fantastic location being right in front of the beach. Price is absolutely brilliant. Won’t stay anywhere else In Kassiopi!

Tutto bene

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro del paesino. L’appartamento è pulito e funzionale. Comoda la pulizia ogni tot di giorni insieme al cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani. L’host è stata sempre disponibile per ogni necessità.

Dover stare attenti al contenitore dell’aria condizionata che doveva essere svuotato. La cucina non è divisa dalla camera da letto.

Ein schön gelegenes, blitzsauberes Quartier in einem malerischen Touristenstädtchen

Unser Studio war im EG auf der Meerseite. So konnten wir abends wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Der Garten war durch eine kleine, mäßig befahrene Straße vom Strand getrennt. Der Kiesstrand lag am Ortsanfang in einer romantischen Bucht, war wenig gepflegt aber dadurch auch wenig touristisch. Die Lage des Studios war optimal: einerseits direkt am Meer und ziemlich ruhig aber auch wenige Schritte vom Städtchen Kassiopi entfernt, mit seinem malerischen Hafen, guten Restaurants, Bars, verschiedenartigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Geschäften. Empfehlen können wir unbedingt eine Schifffahrt nach Kerkira. Die Ausstattung des Studios mit Eisschrank, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Wasserkocher, Toaster und kleinem Herd mit Backofen war okay, die Einrichtung knapp, aber ausreichend. Die Dusche war prima, ebenso die Reinigung mit Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche angenehm, auch ein Wäscheständer mit Klammern fehlte nicht. Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch ein sehr nötiges, perfektes Fliegengitter. Wir hatten Glück: zu unserem Reisetermin war das super gepflegte Haus und Garten kaum belegt, und dadurch ruhig, was in der Saison anders sein dürfte. Da sind sicher die Studios im 1. Stock auf der Meerseite empfehlenswerter.

Die Betten waren qualitativ sicher gut aber uns viel zu hart. Zumindest dicke weiche Topper könnten da eine Verbesserung bringen. Vermißt haben wir auch Sitzkissen auf den Gartenstühlen. Danke für den Empfang mit einer Wasserflasche , Nescafe und Marmelade. Salz und Honig haben wir selbst dem Studio gespendet. Die gänzlich fehlenden Parkmöglichkeiten beim Haus konnten wir dank kleinem Handgepäck einigermaßen kompensieren, allerdings gestaltete sich die Parkplatzsuche für unseren Mietwagen jedesmal durchaus schwierig.
