Ketut Villa Sanur

Nice big rooms, each room has an ensuite, nice and clean. Good size pool. Villa has everything you need to cook if you wanted but if you don’t there are good food options nearby.

Looks a bit rough walking down the gang to the villa.

Clean private Villa with plenty of room. Comfortable beds and well maintained cooling off pool. Loved the amount of space and the housekeeping staff were very good with communication.

Small issue with ants in the kitchen around an opening in the faucet area. Couch was not very comfortable. Utensils in the kitchen were thin cheap metal with sharp edges so we ended up getting some plastic disposables as they were more sturdy.

Needs a fan outside no breeze ion pool area

The location to shops, eateries and the beach was good ( if you knew where to cut through to reach them). Luckily we met someone the first day that explained that to us.

While the villa looked quite nice once you got inside it only had the bare essentials. No instructions on how to use anything and no information on where you were and what was around the villa. Fans in lounge area were fairly ineffective and only one worked. Split systems in bedrooms were ineffective because of where they were placed. No plug in kitchen sink and dish drainer was filthy. Swimming pool was difficult to get in and out of. When we asked for a later of 4 hours checkout initially we were given a price that was the equivelant of an extra night. Receipt book was left in the villa with names, passport numbers, addresses,,phone numbers etc of previous guests. Large gate at the front of the villa was hard to open, close and lock. Overall there didnt seem to be much care or thought put into this villa.
