This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic area. The staff was very attentive and friendly and although I didn't use the services much, I could still see the professionalism.
The check in process wasn't as fast as I expected. There was only one person checking everyone in and while they were doing a good job, a lot of the folks who stay at hotels like this can be quite demanding with disregard for others. It would be nice to have another person checking others in as well in cases like this.

Everything was great: check-in process with cold towels and welcome drinks, beautiful rooftop with pool, excellent breakfast, and a clean and spacious room.

The two best things about the hotel is the location and the rooftop with pool
Rooms are very poorly serviced - often times leaving just one towel, empty tissue box, one day even a bed sheet that was ripped
Had to request numerous room changes because many had very loud noises from outside A/C units - which is fine if you do not mind noise but not if you like to sleep in a quiet room
Despite an extended and multiple stay was never approached by a manager to query about my stay - despite some of the issues I had
The floor of the roof top by the pool is a big health hazard as stone and very slippery when wet - a disaster waiting to happen
The gym room is a joke - machines super old and wobbly
Main girl at reception super dour and never breaks a smile
