Everything was extremely amazing, especially, I wish to express my gratitude to staff of hotel. At our arrival, on reception, we met the great receptionist, who kindly provide us with best places in Matera. During breakfast time, staff of the hotel make everything possible to make it comfortable and enjoyable. Additional, house keeper was so kind.

The pool, the grounds
I think that the property is nice but it is poorly managed. The staff is a bit rough when you check in. The room lacks basic amenities lice enough outlets to charge your devices. There are no shelves at all or drawers to put your clothes. There is no closet and no safe deposit box. In a Sunday afternoon they open the pool and grounds for people that were not guest of the hotel makeing it very crowded and noisy. I didn’t have the chance to get a lounge chair by the pool. It was imposible to relax there and that was the main reason I book a lace to stay outside the historic town. It’s a shame because with a different attitude from management and certain easy improvements for guests comfort the place would have potential to be a very nice place to stay but not as it is right now.
