Great location with parking. There was a few things which needed attention but still really enjoyed our stay.

This place just needs a bit of TLC. Doors on cupboards broke, toaster only toasting one side of bread. Oven wasn't the cleanest .

Great location, spotlessly clean, good amenities, comfortable. Roomy bathroom. Kitchen area good. Generally pretty good.

Thermostat would only set for a few hours, so woke up cold every day! Minor quibble but no milk to make a coffee on arrival (although Spar very near)

Noise from stair to upper apartment.

Location, great. Good fridge, lighting, heating, TV, seating, provisions for kitchen, microwave and parking

On arrival no one to meet us at 3pm, after a few frantic phone calls the Misson to extract the key from an extremely dodgy lock safe commenced. Opening the front door... The smell of damp sadly over took the flat. Smell seems to originate from under the kitchen sink and is very offensive to the nostrils and disturbed even our sleep. The flat needs a good clean to be free of the smell, the cobwebs, spiders in every corner even under kitchen units. On our first day I ended up on my hands and knees cleaning the main bedroom flooring, living room, removing spiders and their webs so my youngest child wouldn't have nightmares and purchasing a variety of air freshers and cleaning agents in a bid to over come the damp smell. Because of the smell none of us in the family took out our clothes from their suitcases. The bins were over flowing and blocking the bedroom windows, people in the flat above no 10 seemed keen on filling their finish bags in 10a and anybody else's they came across. The people above also parked their car in the parking bay for 10a which was a tad annoying. The bathroom was designed by someone with high expectations but low standards of health and safety. To enter the bath was almost an Olympic task for its height was not needed or appropriate. No one should be expected to climb in or out of this bath /shower without safety rails or grips. My daughter slipped twice in the bath even with the small shower mat in place. Tiled floor is through out the flat so it's chilly in the morning almost icy. Sofa bed masteress is flithy needs cleaning or replacing, in fact on discussing this with my daughters they struggled to sleep and I feel an investment in better extra bedding arrangements needs to be done.... thank goodness I brought our own bedding to allow us all to feel a tad homely. When hovering it cleans but sadly smells of dogs so on top of the smell of over whelming damp it's unbearable.
