1. Laundry service: ignored requests. We had to ask 4 times, including going to the reception. The paid service was provided only after a heated phone call, with clear displeasure from the staff. 2. Transport services: the lobby employee misleads guests about taxi prices, ignores requested drop-off points, and pushes her own routes. There is a bus stop nearby which is significantly cheaper. I do not recommend using her services. 3. Padel: complete disorganization. For 3 days, the staff couldn't tell us where to get rackets. They were never available at the rental point. The only working method - to take the rackets without permission after closing and buy a ball with our own money.

L’établissement, le personnel accueillant, les équipements, excellent buffet, matin, midi, soir et nocturne. Les activités et les animations étaient bien. Nous tenions à remercier Omer (du restaurant italien) et Noyan (du restaurant buffet) pour leur gentillesse et la qualité de leur service, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
