I booked this room for my brothers stag do and asked if anything special could be done it would be appreciated. We were upgraded into a nicer room and it was fantastic. Really comfortable room with great facilities. Staff were really accommodating and the bar was good for a nightcap!

I travel and stay over a lot and this was a super friendly, clean, hotel with everything I needed other than a car park. I parked 5 mins walk away at the Novotel, and it was £248 for three nights!!!!
No car park.

We stayed there at Christmas time and it was good so we booked it again for June.
Sadly totally different experience.
Location is good, close to Hammersmith station and Holland Park, High Street Kensington.
We booked 21m2 room and it was much smaller. They offered a different one, also asked for quiet room as well as I am a light sleeper sadly. The room that offered was a tiny bit bigger but literally the only window looked for the main road which is very loud.
Was disappointing this time, would have been nice if they would recognised that we stayed there before and a bit more nicer for room allocation- specially if iI ask kindly for quiet room.
If you are lucky you can have a nice room if not well that is bad luck I guess….
