It offers great value, and the quality of service from the staff is outstanding.

The villa comes with a staff and a chef. The meals prepared by the chef are incredibly delicious. Breakfast and dinner were arranged according to our preferences, and we only had to pay for the ingredients and the chef's service fee. The food was excellent, offering great value for money. One morning, my child wanted to eat cucumber, and the chef and staff immediately went to the supermarket to buy some. It was very thoughtful and considerate. The villa also provided an 8-hour dedicated car service, and the driver was very warm and helpful. We only had to pay around 10 AUD for fuel. Overall, it was a great value-for-money experience.

Hope the owner can install an additional handheld showerhead in the bathroom to make it easier to bathe the child. Currently, there's only an overhead rain shower.

We had a spectacular time— the house was clean, the location was great, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel special. The spa treatments were incredible, and the food the chef prepared was absolutely amazing. We’d definitely stay here again.

The owner, the staff, and the driver were all so kind, helpful, and made us feel really special throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful, and my kids especially loved spending time in the swimming pool. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing

The villa was beautiful. The pool, bedrooms, common areas, everything was awesome. The house staff was also really nice and attentive. They took care of us while we were there, and made us feel welcome.

The location is the only thing that is not perfect. We walked around and even got dinner at a restaurant nearby, but there isn't really much to see/do around. Also, we thought it was a bit weird that you are charged in case you want to cook yourself at the villa. It makes it feel like you can't really use the kitchen area.

The villa was fabulous. All rooms are very spacious, amazing bathroom facilities, spacious swimming pool. The staff is also amazing, they will make sure that you can relax and won't need to do anything else.

The only one disturbing part was the dogs barking for most of the nights in the neighbourhood.

Very enjoyable luxury

A very nice place to relax and indulge yourself in luxury. The best part is the wonderful staff: they are absolutely amazing! We've enjoyed the massage, the in-house cooking and my daughter was very happy with the manicure. An absolute must-go when in Bali

A home away from home!

It gave us a home feel. Our stay was made so memorable by the staff. They ensured all our needs are taken care and has been very accommodative. Very spacious, clean and amazing setup. Huge rooms, living hall, lovely pool and we just loved the ambience. The villa is loaded with fresh air and the breeze would take your breath away. Breakfast was pleasant, we were treated with good food all the way. Enjoyed massage session which was arranged based on our availability. It was my son's 10th birthday and the staff have done a beautiful decoration and got us a cake. Special thanks to Gedik, Putu and Erna for taking care of us at the villa. We had a nice driver Pak Ari, very safe and responsible driver. Never think twice to book this place. I miss being there already.

Pictures don’t do justice to the place. The Villa is SO beautiful. Each room was massive and we’re master bedrooms inc air con. Has all the facilities needed for a family. We’re quite an active travelling family of four and I must say that this is definitely @ the top for us.

Awful

The staff were wonderful, they were so helpful and friendly.

The property looks nothing like the photos. There is damp throughout the property and we woke up one morning to find a cockroach above our bed. The kitchen is also absolutely filthy. And the location is not in a nice area and is incredibly difficult to find so you cannot be independent while you stay here. We did not enjoy staying here and will not stay here again.

We had an amazing time here

Perfect in every way. We loved the staff, they treated us like royalty the whole time we were there. We had a driver every day, and he took us to some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. He waited patiently for us everywhere we went, it was so nice to not have to worry about taxis etc, we just knew he would be there waiting with a smile. We are a family of 4, my kids are 8 & 10, and they loved the villa. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali. We come to Bali for holidays every year but this would definitely be the best hotel/villa we've stayed. Super friendly staff and driver with great service. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. In addition, the property is very well maintained. Location is very convenient. Short drive to Jimbaran beach, Uluwatu and even Bali Safari. We've already made plans to visit this hotel again and hope we could stay longer next time.

Perfect villa for a peaceful stay

Really lovely villa with a fantastic pool that all three rooms look out on to. That special Balinese hospitality, staff are so friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast choices too. We held meetings at the villa which worked well. Good internet. Although the villa is not 'walking distance' to any shops, restaurants etc. the staff are more than happy to get supplies and Grab Food works very well for food delivery. The included driver + car was perfect so we could get to and from places and meals. A great villa for some peace and quiet in Jimbaran and would definitely recommend.

An incredible, luxurious experience, and we would love to visit Amarta Villa again.

- Jaw-droppingly beautiful, fantastic ammenities and perks. - The villa itself is spacious, with ample room in each bedroom to relax and sprawl out. - The pool and adjacent open plan living space were a very popular spot in particular to hang out in. - Each bedroom and ensuite was well-stocked with linens, bottled water, and each had their own air con, which was great during the hotter days and nights. - Staff were all incredibly lovely and helpful, provided a delicious breakfast every day and were great at helping us organise travel and massage services (which are done right upstairs in the villa). - Our driver Wayan was amazing in particular. He was very helpful getting us around Bali, had great suggestions for things to check out, and was an all-round great person to chat to and hang out with. - The location was nice, with a nearby grocery store, some great local cafes, and isn’t too far from more tourist-y locations like Seminyak. - All in all, we had an incredible experience and we would love to visit Amarta Villa again. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re planning on visiting with a bigger group of family or friends.

All the staff were just beautiful people and the property was just amazing. We were supplied the use of a driver (Wayan) which was included in the stay. Wayan was amazing…. Wherever we wanted to go was never any trouble and he was so friendly and welcoming.

The staff were all amazing, however sometimes they we around a little too much. We could have done with some more privacy. The staff stay on the property in a room attached to the back of the villa and just walk in and out whenever they please. I understand all they were doing was trying to help and be attentive but walking in unannounced was just a little too much. It’s not a big deal but maybe they can knock before just walking in. Other than that everything was wonderful!

We stayed in the Amarta villa for 20 nights and it is exactly what you expect from the pictures a beautiful and luxurious place where you can stay with your friends and family. The villa was our base for our many trips around Bali and it was always nice to come back by the end of the day and enjoy a massage or just jump in the pool. But what really makes this villa amazing is the staff working at the villa. Every morning we had a great breakfast waiting for us prepared by our expectations! When we left the villa the staff made sure to clean the rooms and change the towels. It is important to mention that there is someone from the staff at the villa 24/7 so you feel very safe and od you news anything the staff is allways willing to help you. The driver was always professional and was waiting for us anywhere we wanted to stop and picked us up every time without being late. If you choose to stay at the villa you should definitely ask the chef to cook for you because the food she prepares is really delicious! Our favourite food that she prepared for us was the thai soup, the steamed red snapper in Chinese sauce and the crispy duck. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we really appreciate the staff effort to make our stay special. We definitely recommend this villa! Hron family.
