Stayed here 2 nights for the Easter holidays, what a great little find!
The hosts are lovely & very welcoming.
Rooms with en-suite are very clean with fresh towels & tea & coffee facilities.
The bed was very comfy, lovely views from the window seat. The breakfast was top notch. The added bonus is they are dog friendly. We will stay again

Zena was there to welcome us on our arrival, her home is exceptionally clean and welcoming with an outstanding full cooked breakfast included in the price. The bed was really comfy and our little Patterdale Terrier was made extremely welcome

Owners made us very welcome .
Room was clean & comfortable .
Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced produce.
The location was ideal , 5 minute walk to the shops and famous Ingleton falls.
Guest house was situated in a quiet picturesque area with free street parking close-by
Everything was fine - we enjoyed our stay

Good location with easy on road parking
Room too small for a couple, nowhere to unpack anything, couldn’t even stand next to each other. Would make a good single because it’s not a double.
Impossible to get Wi-Fi , I realise that might be a location issue, but it would have been good to have been alerted to that.
Very annoying and persistent dripping noise from the bathroom all night
Good cooked breakfast although a bit surprised that no cereal etc offered
