Really super, good value, great access to town and beaches and coast.

Great little guest house, very close to town centre. Lovely fresh decor in bedroom, lounge and breakfast room, very comfortable. Breakfast was so great (gluten-free for me, was really excellent). Great helpful staff. Super price. from 'The Man in Room Number 5.'

Bad value for money, don’t bother

Didn’t like anything.

We were kept up all through the night by extremely loud guests. We rang reception multiple times to ask for help but got no reply. We ended up having to bang on the walls to get them to be quiet but they just got louder stamping in the floors and walls. At one point they tried to enter the room. For the amount we paid we should’ve just stayed in a hotel, didn’t get any sleep at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

No sound insulation whatsoever as we could hear guests in the bedroom above using their toilet and walking across the floor The bedroom "ensuite" was little more than a walk-in cupboard with a poorly fitted sliding door so afforded little privacy

The location, the staff, the ease of accessibility and the cleanliness of the room were excellent. Finding a kettle and tea making facilities with a wee biccie is always a lovely extra bonus too. Highly recommend

Due to the fact tit was Saturday evening a few couples were coming in late and were a bit loud. This disturbed my sleep as I had gone to bed early after a long day at a retreat. That was the only negative for me.

A comfortable stay

Central location, equal short walking distance to the train station and surf club I was visiting. I would say it's even less of a distance than the estimate given - depending on your rate of walking. I liked the ease of coming and going with the code system and pleasant communal lounge. It was nice having the option of breakfast if needed and both hot and cold foods offered. My room had an ensuite shower room which had exceptional pressure and heat.

I was in the downstairs room next to the entrance which didnt bother me too much but if you're sensitive to noise it probably wouldnt be ideal.

Very enjoyable stay in a great location.

Wonderful host who was so kind and helpful when i managed to loose the key to our room. We stayed in a beautiful bright en-suite room. Delighted to have secure parking on site.Fantastic breakfast cooked fresh with a great range of choice available. Great location. Lovely family. We will definitely be back again.

Lovely traditional guest house conveniently located in Portrush

Great location, parking at the rear for approx 6-7 cars. Wonderful staff. Access in and out very easy. Comfortable & clean (if a little small) room with bunk beds for kids. Great shower. We paid on the day for breakfast - lots of variety and a tasty Ulster Fry. Would definitely stay again.

I can say that was he property was clean presentable. From first impressions it isn’t wheelchair accessible though there is a downstairs room. On the left of the main entrance is a comfortable lounge area to the right the breakfast area this is where breakfast is served. There is the usual breakfast choices with tea and filtered coffee. Our room was on the second floor to the back of house. It was allegedly a family room bunk bed and double. Room not that large. The view was of a wall there was no where to sit and watch the tv apart from sitting on the bed room was clean as was the en suite there was a workable hairdryer wardrobe space. Ok if you have a young fit family There is parking out the back and importantly it was central to all amenities The host I will end with are nice and

Well for me personally stairs to the entrance to the main door. The stairs are steep carrying hand luggage and holding bannisters can be a little of a challenge for the unfit and mature person. Breakfast was ok, I could be wrong but didn’t see a vegeteria offer and unfortunately my poached egg was hard. But even I can’t get it right sometimes

Price / quality a bit dissappointing, but was a good sleep.

B&B was central in the town - so we could walk around. As we did self-check-in, we werent aware of the parking out back, but parking in the street on Sat eve till Mon morning was easy and free. Personnel friendly - we only interacted briefly during breakfast.

Room was very small - did not fit our suitcases well and was too many things in the room. Decoration was also bit dated. Breakfast was basically mostly fried. For once ok - but not my preference.

All in all very good. We where beside a family that came in around 2 in the morning maybe 3 separate rooms but it went on till 4.30ish in the morning running in and out of rooms So found it difficult to sleep.

Only slight criticism would be check out time. Check out times vary in Portrush but last place I stayed at was 12 and check out here is 11 which when you include going down for breakfast your morning is all rush especially people with children to get ready. That extra hour would make a massive difference.
