Nice stay on the shore of lake Ossiacher

The rooms are spacious enough, with closets for clothes, comfortable beds. Kitchen/living area is also nice and clean, the bathrooms were big and clean, with bathtub and shower, big sink and mirror. The host was kind and helpful, met us with the keys and also on departure. Gerlizen ski area is quite close, the closest restaurant is at aprox 1km, the closest supermarket (Billa, Spar) is on the other side of the lake (> 10km away).

Shampoo/shower gel were enough for only one person. The location of the place is a bit remote, with no possibility of breakfast (so bring your own). Also, we visited between Christmas and New Years and the place looked a bit too quiet and "sad" (no decorations) - maybe in summer it's more lively since the interior garden looks ready for some fun

I honestly recommend this guesthouse for a stay!

Host of this guesthouse is Sandra, who is really customer oriented, kind and helpful person, thanks for her! The location is excellent, very ideal for hiking, going to different programmes every day (Gerlitzen Alpe, Villach Alpenstrasse, Pyramidenkogel, Nockberge, etc). We had a nice view from the room to the lake and Gerlizten alpen mountains. Worth to buy the Karinthen Card (you can buy at the host), it is really great.

Very modern and warm. Good taste and decor. Quiet area, no noise. Easy parking. Access to garden. Only 10-15 mins by car to cable car. Good communication and friendly staff.

Kitchen utensils could have been better. Broken knives and forks.

Sehr schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt :-)

Das dazugebuchte Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend...zusätzlich wurde jeden Tag ein weichgekochtes Ei angeboten/ Leichte Hanglage mit toller Aussicht und guter Startpunkt für alles rund um den See/ Apartment sehr gut ausgestattet , Küche mit allem bestückt was man braucht und ein Highlight war auch die Überkopfregenbrause / Vermieterin sehr nett und falls Probleme immer erreichbar

Nichts zu beanstanden ! ( ausser vielleicht, dass wir kein Wetterglück hatten - was man aber keinem irdischen Lebewesen in die Schuhe schieben kann ;-))

A kilátás és a saját strand nagyszerű élmény volt. Jövünk még!

A mobilházban laktunk, ami nagyon praktikus volt családdal. Saját strand, gyönyörű kilátás, szuper terasz, nyugágyakkal, kinti étkezési lehetőséggel. Sandra nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

Nekem hiányzott egy extra pokróc a hidegebb estékre. A reggelinél nem volt túl nagy választék, ezért mi inkább a saját teraszunkon ettünk (friss pékáru kérhető)

Super wakacje w fajnym miejscu

Czysty, duży apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba, do tego wygodne miejsce parkingowe. Właściciele posiadają również prywatną plażę nad jeziorem, z której mogą korzystać goście. Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. Jeżeli nie bierzecie opcji ze śniadaniem, właściciele oferują również do kupienia świeże bułki rano, co jest przydatne, ponieważ do sklepu jest daleko. Doskonałe miejsce wypadowe do pobliskich atrakcji w Alpach.

Klapa od toalety opadająca na plecy. Przydałoby się to naprawić :-)

schöne Pension (mit kleinen Abstrichen wg. hellhörigem Zimmer)

sehr schönes, renoviertes Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer und vielen Ablageflächen für Koffer sehr sauber großer Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Verbindungstür im Zimmer "Seeblick", dadurch leider sehr hellhörig - man konnte die Zimmernachbarn am Abend bei Gesprächen hören, wenn sich diese in der Küche aufhielten, obwohl die Personen in einer normalen Lautstärke gesprochen haben
