Excellent location, excellent hospitality close to the beautiful lake

Easy parking, quiet area, lot of green, super apartment, clean and well equipped. Kitchen was fully equipped too. Close to the lake, 5 minutes walking only. Full and free access to the beach in the camping nearby. Area full of bicycle roads, great to bike and hike. Stores and restaurants nearby. Nice balcony with great views of the surroundings. Wifi worked well, tv had HDMI input. Easy check in and out and payment with card. We spent 4 nights there with 2 kids, it was and excellent choice. We would love to return.

An extra armchair in the living room would be useful for those traveling with 2 children.

This was our 2nd stay – and it won’t be the last!

Andreas and Manuela are among the nicest, most generous and friendly hosts we’ve ever encountered. What we liked? EVERYTHING! Literally. Super-clean, well-equipped (they’ve thought of everything), WiFi, HD TV (for those who want it), spacious rooms and location + access to the Parth Wellness Lakeside Campsite & Country House and of course the amazing Lake Ossiach.

Very welcoming hosts , a 5 minute walk to the lake where you have the use of amenities plus sun beds and umbrella with a card issued by the accommodation. It was pleasant as we did not have to worry about carrying chairs umbrellas etc. the one bedroom apartment is ample for 2 /3 adults or 2adults and 2 children ... Very well kept ...kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwasher and 2 coffee machines. The bedroom faces a forest so had restful sleep ...there is a seating area in the garden if one wants to barbecue on gas and eat al fresco which the owner kindly set up. The balcony was perfect for having breakfast....all in all a very pleasant stay @ fewo Leeb The large two bedroom apartment 4 adults was equally adequate in furnishings and equipment with room on the couch for maybe one extra person , also had an extra half bathroom which made it easier and a long balcony with a view of the lake. Adequate parking . We will definitely return....

A jewel of a place within walking distance to wonderful Lake Ossiach

Location, functionality, apartment facilities and finishes.

Difficult to find anything we disliked. Perhaps a second toilet, but it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker or reduce my scores of 10.

Absolutely perfect!

We liked just everything! First of all the hosts were wonderful. Manuela welcomed us warmly and helped us with everything we needed. Andy was available the whole time texting us with answers to all the questions and info we needed, always with a smile. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early. Andy offered and insisted we don't pay for that night. How about that?! And the apartment is just perfect! It's all new (unlike most apartments we looked at in Austria), beautifully decorated, very practical, and feels like home and not just a place to stay in for a few days. And its biggest value - it's just accros (5 minutes walk) a camping site, with the most beautiful private beach. Access is allowed for FeWo Leeb guests free of charge (while you pay €10-€15 a family for most beachs). The camping site also has a playground and a good restaurant. #girlsontour in Kärnten

Wir wurden in der Fewo sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist super. Es gibt auch eine schöne Badestelle gleich in der Nähe. Check-in und Check-out waren sehr einfach.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
