First time at a private villa and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The pool area is fantastic and the pool is maintained extremely well. People come out every two/three days to treat the water etc. The bedrooms are a very good sizes as are the bathrooms. You do need to hire a car while at the villa, the best beach in Cyprus, Fig Tree Bay is a 7mile drive and the Lidl supermarket is based there as well. A big supermarket/town centre is 10 minute drive. The water park is approximately a 15mins drive. We hired a five seater for €180 for six days. Well worth the money! If you want to go into the resort it costs €20 one way. I would highly recommend the restaurant Molti, one of the best meals we have ever had and will definitely be going back there!

The appliances are old and dated. Half of the dishwasher had to be taken out for it to work. The fridge doesn’t have any door storage and the bottom draw was broken. The tumble dryer start button was broken but this was replaced within two days of us mentioning it. The safe wouldn’t open so they had to send out maintenance to gain access. Last put not least there were quite a few lighting fixtures that either didn’t have bulbs or they needed replacing. This sounds like a lot of issues but they are just minor niggles that effected our stay but overall the villa is spot on.
