About this villa rental
This exquisite 7 bedroom villa offers the ultimate in luxury, space and privacy. Both inside and outside, the villa is furnished to a very high standard with modern furniture and marble floors throughout. It is stunning in every way and you are ensured a peaceful, luxurious break whilst appreciating the breathtaking sea views over the Protaras area. A fantastic property, ideal for large family groups.
Upon entering the villa, you will find a spacious reception hall with a winding staircase that leads to the first floor and also has a full sized pool table. The ground floor features 2 living room areas with comfortable sofas, TV area, a log-burning fireplace and large patio doors allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea views. The spacious kitchen is located next to the main living area and offers adequate space for both dining and entertaining. There is a games room also on this floor that has a television, games console, football table and there is the option of adding 2 extra beds in here if needed.
Two of the seven bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, both with double beds and one with an en suite bathroom.
On the first floor, you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms, all with double beds and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a large outside terrace leading off from the bedrooms with a seating area where you can enjoy more panoramic views. The main family bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer are also located on this floor
At the back of the villa, you will find one of the main attractions of the villas - the stunning and spacious garden that features a separate outside bar and kitchen area, barbecue area and a large overflow pool. Featuring a large, newly-built pergola, there is plenty of covered and uncovered seating areas for outside dining, sunbathing and relaxation where you can admire the amazing, picturesque views that surround you.
This stunning property provides a luxurious and private base to enjoy all that the Protaras area has to offer. With full air con throughout, optional pool heating (extra daily charge of 60 Euros), and complimentary wireless internet and Satellite TV it is the perfect choice for large family groups or groups of friends.
