The location and the vibe. Like staying in a museum. Very authentic Venice. Shabby chic for sure.
The owners were a little overbearing. Like staying at your grandparents house. Lots of idiosyncratic rules that you need work with. Understandably so since the place is full of priceless antiques.
Bed was old and not very sturdy which limited romantic activities ;)

Location to railway station and water bus stops. Private bathroom. Large room with kitchenette , microwave and hotplates. Situated beside a canal.
Stairs to get to the room. Was a little challenging with large bags.
Description on booking.com site was not clear that it was a bed and breakfast accommodation.

Location is perfect! Authentic and beautiful stay.
The couple are very sweet when you give them the chance.
I enjoyed this experience.
The shower was very unclean.

Location was brilliant, we loved being in that area. Lots going on and things to do and places to eat and drink wherever we wondered.
We had to leave the keys at the property when leaving, so the staff had access to our room through out the day. No one speaks any English so was hard to decipher what anyone was saying.
