AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEWS from my room and perfect 4 mins walk location which was extremely helpful when I was pulling multiple luggages. Short walk from a convenience store(Lawson) and strategically located near a very delicious restaurant beside the check in lobby. It's one of my highlight meal in the 11days trip.
Beddings were stained as mentioned by other travellers. Water pressure in the shower can be better.

Was very well located around restaurants, train station and bus route. Staff were very friendly. Onsen was wonderfully authentic and was very well appreciated after a day on the slopes.
We booked a room with shared bathroom. The room itself had a missing door handle, mould in the corner of the room, splash marks of the walls and ceiling. Unfortunately, the place was fully booked out so we had to stay in the room. We also stayed for 7 nights and didn't have bedding changed throughout the whole time however we were given fresh towels every day.

Insides a bit Run down, and some rooms and areas looked a bit abandoned lowkey. But personal rooms good.
